Contact us to arrange a new patient registration pack. Included are 2 forms to be filled out and sent back for Dr Dom to assess the suitability for Medicinal Cannabis to treat your condition/s.

Initial Consultation & Assessment

Once all the required forms have been returned, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for an initial telehealth consultation with Dr Dom to discuss your condition and Medicinal Cannabis treatment options.
If you are eligible for treatment, Dr Dom will discuss suitable product(s), complete the TGA Authority paperwork and write prescription. The script will then be sent to the supplier, or a designated pharmacy

Follow Up

After your medication has been started, follow up consultation with Dr Dom as required, to manage titration of dose to ensure you are receiving optimal treatment outcomes.

Ongoing Monitoring

Follow up consultations as required to track progress of your Medicinal Cannabis Treatment.
